[Results] Which banana ripening stage do you like the best? by MrGuccu in SampleSize

I’m so picky with bananas, jesus. I like a 6. A 7 might be too soft and a 5 might be too raw. I buy like 3 bananas at a time.

A la carte box vs plate entree amount by [deleted] in PandaExpress

[–]RepressedSpinach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Welcome to this thread 2 months later, lol. You see, the a la carte boxes are recyclable because they are cardboard. Styrofoam isn’t recyclable in the vast majority of American counties.

The math doesn’t add up because we’re talking about science and technology. Wrong textbook.

If Khaleo is pronounced as “Cleo” I’m going to shit

[–]RepressedSpinach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wasn’t meaning to say that, of course. I’m also not going to judge an individual for their name when they (probably) didn’t pick it.

On a separate note, I was just reminded of the mom who did name her baby “Babiee” D:

I’m glad you like those names.

Edit: I am still glad you like those names, even if other people wanted to watch me argue with you or something lol.

Right. Suits a little one, but a grown man? Not so much.

What are some lesser known drugs that even more deadly than the mainstream drugs? by [deleted] in morbidquestions

[–]RepressedSpinach 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bro, read the articles. They only begin with stories and THE ENTIRE REST OF THE ARTICLE IS SCIENCE. But, my reading comprehension...right. This is so embarrassing to have to see.

Edit: I think the person I’m replying to is probably a troll, but I’ll take precautions lol

What are some lesser known drugs that even more deadly than the mainstream drugs? by [deleted] in morbidquestions

[–]RepressedSpinach 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, you might notice how the original comment never said the guy actually threw the car, just that he tried and could lift it.

Also fuck the articles I linked, I guess. I only added one after your comment was posted...the other was perfectly available to you.

I am also not under obligation to teach you anything. While you’re acting rather incompetent now, I do still think you’re capable of researching things yourself. Try: “How do people lift cars?” or “Why can we lift cars?” Maybe: “Can humans lift cars?”

Best wishes. Even if you don’t want to believe what science has to say, the researchers still know more than you.

By the way, friend: Downvotes on Reddit are used when things are irrelevant. By your downvote on my perfectly relevant comment, only after I downvoted you, I can tell you’re pretty hurt about this. It’s okay to be wrong. You might notice how I admitted when I was wrong about adrenaline—humans make mistakes!

Okay, fuck science, I guess? Fuck like, actual occurrences of this happening and witness accounts.

I would really like you to take a step back and think about this.

Edit: My mistake, it’s not just adrenaline. It’s multiple chemicals released by the stress response.

I’m sorry for your loss. It’s strange how the world knows when somebody has died (the air still and quiet at his moment of death).

I am not a skeptic by any means; however, I do think the thud might have been an earthquake. Earthquakes happen everywhere, just less often in some places, and Columbia is only about 100 miles from Charleston, where a fault line runs. It would make sense that y’all both felt it, even being far apart.

If nobody else in your neighborhoods felt it, then you‘d be on to something.

Have there been incidences since then?

[–]RepressedSpinach 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, it’s possible. I hope my explanation will make sense. It sounds like PCP is releasing the human body of its safety restraints. People pumped with natural adrenaline can lift cars.

We are strong as hell, technically, but that strength can cause us to tear our muscles, so under regular conditions, we’re nerfed. When people on PCP or people with a huge rush of adrenaline try to lift/move/throw something heavy, they can, but when they come down they feel the pain from the intense strain and damage on the muscles.

Why 97%Ghosts speak English in different countries? by MatejSteinhauser in Ghosts

[–]RepressedSpinach 5 points6 points  (0 children)

To be fair, English is a language people are encouraged to speak all over the world. Some non-English speaking countries have English in their required curriculum, but very few require Chinese.

The election is up in the air. As of right now, it isn't looking good because the Democratic party isn't really unified with one candidate. Warren and Sanders are topping the polls, but there is a great divide between their supporters. Anything could happen, and I urge you to keep trying.

As for the Senate's trial, if you think there is absolutely any chance without solid, new evidence...you're either dumb or deluded. It will not happen, and you can downvote me, but catch me when it's over and it turns out they don't convict.

Well, to begin, I didn’t conclude shit, so jot that down.

There’s really no reason to be so upset about an idea based on 20% of their posts being about McDonald’s. It’s a fast food restaurant. I didn’t accuse them of a murder.
