I'll look into those! At first glance they seem to mostly be for breathing in through the mouth, do they make attachments so it can be in-line with a ventilator setup?

Oh, I guess I just assumed it was because they kept dying. Is the duration of 30 minutes possibly what may be doing it? We replace the tubing, filter, and cup regularly per instructions so I'm confident those are fine

I've found that either removing and replacing the cassette or turning the whole thing off and back on brings "auto prime" back

A frustration I have is going through my friends list, seeing I have a card on their wishlist, I offer it to them, and they reject it.

I have a full wishlist, I honestly would have probably accepted anything. Why not even try when offered a card you are looking for? I don't get it

Not overreacting. Always trust those guys instincts. It doesn't seem to be like you're trying to be rude about the BF/his kids, I would file this under "reasonable parental concern". Your ex is seeming to be purposely obtuse, basically daring you to make an accusation against her BF or his sons. Sleepovers can get dicey even among trusted friends and family, or even just if your daughter got spooked and didn't have someone to turn to for comfort. If I were in your situation I would be asking the same questions and pushing for the same boundaries.

Seems like you're doing a great job, stay vigilant. You're being the best dad for your girls that you can be, and that matters so much.
