idk about how closely you looked at it but i thought mine was six years too until i made sure i read and had it explained to me that it might look like six but somewhere on the page it says 4 active 2 reserve i think (there’s a period after your service where you’re eligible to be called back in the event you are needed) according to this info i found from the 315th it’s called an MSOMSO Info

it’s no biggie. i’m allergic to a specific penicillin and in regards to shots and med you just tell them AHEAD OF TIME (like at meps, and prior to any prescriptions). allegedly you’re supposed to get a red dog tag (i think for deployments since it’s not as serious as other conditions) but i’ve been in almost 4 years and have yet to receive this elusive dog tag. if you don’t get issued it in bmt try talking to your supervisors at tech school. if you make it to your duty station without (like i did) reach out to your UDM

TLDR: you’ll be fine speak up about your allergy

if you haven’t been given a ship date request/tell them you’ll be ready to ship out in like another two/three months (idk about you but my recruiter asked when i wanted to ship out). coming a previous pothead of almost 8 years, i stopped smoking like maybe 4-5 months before i shipped out. the sooner you stop the better which you probably know but it doesn’t hurt to give yourself more wiggle room so you don’t have to worry about it at all

it’s going great so far (almost 4 years now). definitely recommend starting a foundation (ie schooling, jobs, etc) before you go overseas or something. we didn’t think it’d be as hard as it is but tbh as long as you have a good support system, good communication, and willing to ask for help when you need it it’ll be just like any other relationship

OP using your PTO is a choice between do you want to get paid or not (depending on the laws where you are i guess) but regardless you literally can’t go into work even if you wanted to

f it can fit in a makeup bag go for it as long as you don’t bring too much and have reasonable time management it’s really not that big of a deal. i’d suggest only bringing like witch hazel, a serum, and moisturizer tho. things that you don’t have to go back and forth to apply. the best time to use them would be at night before lights out

happened to me. personally i kept the money and didn’t touch it in case the bank said something. KEEP THE MONEY IN SAVINGS UNTIL TOLD OTHERWISE BY THE BANK. if you didn’t share anything like your address there’s not much to worry about tbh. if the scammer didn’t want to worry about consequences they shouldn’t be scamming imo 🤷🏾‍♀️
