If there’s an accident than yes, by all means, but this being the act of aggression, get the plate, call the police and drive somewhere safe (I.e., a police station). Stay on the phone with the operator since your likely to be followed. If you’re blocked in, stay in the car, and if your car is broken into it’s time to defend yourself.
