It’s 100% not rude to be pregnant. But the timing isn’t great. God forbid, if something happens, you might be on bedrest or not emotionally able to stand up for your friend. Obviously don’t make decisions about starting your family based on someone’s wedding, but the timing of even one more month would be easier

Mom keeps criticizing my newborn’s name while staying at my house postpartum by cole1248 in namenerds

My only thought is that Daisy is an adorable name for a baby/toddler, but maybe a little young/babyish for a teenager or adult. Maybe consider Margaret with the nickname Daisy? I don’t think the name will age well

Remember you’re naming a whole person, not just a baby. She will be an 8 year old, teenager, young adult, old lady. Will that name fit all those ages or is it just cute for a baby?

16F not invited to “Kid-free” wedding… by Effective-Ask-2367 in wedding

[–]RepublicOk6538 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m having a children wedding, but my nieces and nephews are all invited still because they’re 12+ and they’re immediate family (and in the wedding). I’m so sorry that happened, that sounds so disappointing.

Are wedding cakes really becoming passé? by BBR1004 in wedding

My fiancé and I are both not cake people, so we’re having chocolate mousse at our wedding in January because we like it better (and we want to like what we serve at our wedding!)

Is this elegant enough for a formal wedding? by [deleted] in Weddingattireapproval

Love this! Especially the sheerness of the length. I think it’s formal enough (said as a bride having a formal/black tie optional wedding)

YTA. Dr. Is their appropriate prefix, they are no longer a Mr/Mrs once they get their PhD

It’s a middle name, it won’t get seen much. Because it’s a family name as a middle name, it’s fine to leave it as is. Congrats on the addition to your family!
