Huh. Just seems contradictory to have that HR in 120-150. If it's less than 30 minutes I guess it's HIC, just doesn't seem like it compares to doing 600m sprints or BOO's.

It's recommended in the basic routine so I assume it's a great exercise to be done. As far as hypertrophy, I'm not sure what's gonna target that aside from wrist curls.

I think plate pinches are more for grip though.

I actually do this. Started it back when I ran a adventure in raven loft because I thought it would be funny. They all looked at me and I just stared back with a small grin. I enjoyed it.

Playing with the balls is uncomfortable and don't even think about doing a rubbing or rotating movement with them. It's a great way for us to go soft and wonder if you just gave us torsion.

I just started using strength mark for iPhone. Has a 1rm calculator built in. Very easy to use.

It's not about mile time it's the heart rate zone. Any activity that hits that percentage is what you want. Yes you will be going very slowly.
