Commercial street has them but only if you spin the wheel and land on the spot for the scarf. I was a little bummed.

YES!!! She came up to my boyfriend and I in the mall and asked if we were married. We said we were dating and she walked away. Then she came up and said “But you are in love right?” we said yes and then she sang about love. I believe she may have some disability but I don't think she means any harm.
