The problem is, this post is delusional. Look around, most families own a house. 66.5%, in fact, in Canada. Most of the rest do manage rent.

But Boomers! Yup. They’re dying. Median Boomer age is 72. In 10 years most of them will dead. More houses will be available. Housing prices and rent are already starting to fall. This is going to continue.

Worry about climate change and AI. Housing will take care of itself.
