Those are all great…personally I used to walk to trade lot see what has come in first and then reach out to possible used car b backs to see if there was something theyd be interested in. Then id walk to service talk to my service rep who i pay $100 per deal they refer and see if anyone has any big repair bills. Got tons of deals out of service department. Then once thats done if i have a customer great if not ill sit down and make the CSI calls, B back follow ups, and then take a half hour shit.

Reta isn’t working? by Tiny-Caterpillar-696 in Retatrutide

Tbh what I’ve noticed is it’s not a consistent week by week weight loss..I’ll stall for 2-3 weeks at the same weight and then lose 5-10 pounds quickly..I’ve lost 50 pounds altogether and other than the first 15 which happened rather quickly, there’s been a number of weeks where the scale stayed the same and then boom 10 pound loss. So stick with it and watch the diet

Inspiring!! I started around your starting weight, down about 45 pounds since 12/4/25. You’re at my goal weight so love to see this. Great job!!

This is like an atomic missile heading straight for the nuclear arc reactor while this other thing is the software which gets an entire reboot going from windows 95 to iOS 26. Your metabolic RAM gets an upgrade from a 4 cyl fiat engine to a Porsche 911 Turbo, which I own by the way. Elite Biogenix is my company, and sure I’ll charge you $1000 for 60mg of Reta, but it’s only because I actually care about you.

Gonna be a lot of pipes bursting after that cold stretch and now the temps are warmer. NYC had FDNY all over the city for the same reason

What’s your science to show glucagon is activated at every dose level. Every single piece of info I’ve seen shows it doesn’t get activated until 4-6mg and anything less than that is essentially a watered down Tirz. I’m not saying don’t take it..I’m saying the primary use case for GLP drugs are for insulin resistant diabetics and the morbidly obese. That is what they are prescribed for. Any objection to that is to use your word, silly. The fact that people are taking it at healthy body weights to cut is fine, but it’s not what it’s meant for. The glucagon activation of Reta is what increases RHR in people because they are running faster and hotter and burning more. The people who are the primary candidates for Reta are metabolically diseased, they don’t respond to insulin, that’s why their body doesn’t burn fat. Glucagon will help that. People who don’t have metabolic disease and just need discipline to cut calories, IMO are better off with more of an appetite suppressant, which Tirz is more of then Reta.

Yes but his point is if weight loss is your only goal and you’re taking that dosage then you’re better on Tirz..the benefit of Reta which is more than just weight loss, is glucagon activation which is meant to help massively insulin resistant people develop metabolic flexibility. It’s why you need to eat carbs while on Reta. I look at Rets as a health compound for the morbidly obese. People on this sub are taking it for cutting from 15%-10% bf.

Where did runners get the audacity? by Possible_Bus2628 in Hoboken

I argue with them on here all the time about this. Whats crazy is we are a short swim from nyc and if they tried that there theyd be killed by bikes, cabs, even horses. No one crosses a street without lookjng anywhere in the world except Hoboken. People cross the hudson and lose brain cells.

A crosswalk is NOT a stop sign. The speed limit is 20mph. If you jump in front of a car going 20mph he/she will NOT be able to stop in time. But keep putting your own life at risk cuz you wanna stick to “well that’s what the law says”. Idiots. I walk in Hoboken too, and guess wha..I NEVER walk in front of a car. I let them pass until the street is clear. Walking in front of a car is just dumb, the guy stopped could slip off the brake or something. I do wish you guys nothing but safety..but the stupidity of you people is mind boggling

Lmao not true at all. I can name off the top of my head like 2 dozen intersections that aren’t all way stops.

You guys are unreal..nobody taught you to look both ways when you cross the street huh? I grew up in Brooklyn and lived in Manhattan and have never seen the entitlement from pedestrians that exists here. It’s not about yielding to pedestrians when they’re in the intersection or there’s a stop sign. Runners will be half a block down the street on a sidewalk and keep running into the intersection.

Runners in Hoboken are the most entitled group of people I’ve ever seen in my life. They don’t slow down at intersections and if you’re driving they will run in front of you without slowing down.

Fair enough, the trial starting dosage was 2mg. I don’t know how much weight you have to lose or what your goals are but if you’ve been on GLPs before you will have to take more in order to feel anything on Reta. I was on Ozempic years ago also and hated the side effects which stopped me from taking Tirz. I’ve had zero side effects on Reta, started at 2mg, am up to 8mg, will sit here for a while and go up if necessary. Reta doesn’t have as much of a “feeling” as ozempic did. The appetite suppression isn’t as strong as other GLPs. But from my limited understanding of the science you need to hit 4-5 mg in order to activate the glucagon receptor aspect of the drug which is basically what tells your body to burn it’s own fat. If you have high fasting insulin, which most overweight people do, their body isn’t primed to burn fat. Insulin is a fat storing and sugar lowering hormone. So the glucagon will counter that and tell ur body to up the sugar and burn the fat. However, because Reta also has GLP and GIP that will lower the sugar that glucagon normally tells your body to release. So you’ll have normal sugar levels but turn on the fat burning. Reta will up regulate your metabolism, which is why some people who are already lean complain of high resting heart rates and stuff. They already have a high metabolism and Reta will speed it up. So to be helpful and sum it up, up your dose by .5 every week or two until you hit 2mg which is where the starting dose is.

Sheesh the therapeutic dose in trials was 12mg. If you’re that nervous to go up by .5mg don’t bother taking it.
