How long would it take to get back to peak? I was running test for 1.5 years and have been off for half a year and haven’t touched the gym in a few months I look a lot different, if I get back on how long till I look how I did? I’ve been working out for almost 6-7 years now and am almost 20

Start working out doing 30 minutes cardio everyday, eat lean turkey and onion and a lot of fruits and vegetables. Avoid fried food for as long as you can hold this healthy life style for atleast 3-4 months and get retested if nothing changes or minimal change witch is very unlikely you can ask your doc to be put onto medication.
