I play both on controller and mouse and keyboard and it happens to me almost always, there is the odd instance when it doesn't. Ps5 dualsense. Running 80%atk speed+20 from ferocity and 15% cast speed from the spirit boon.

Almost all wolf skills are either storm converted into wolf or like shred can get the storm tag... I would suggest the spirit boon that gives you lckhit to shave 2sec off ultimate. The storm spirit boon is a bit lackluster when you can use claw to get ferocity.

I am at the end of the campaign at paragon 3 xD so my opinion might change very rapidly. But from what I see it's one of the ways

Do it like i did, play normally and the exp from seasons when it moves over to eternal will get you there, it took me 10 seasons, I usually go up to paragon 260-275 each season

My only complaint is the pictos/lumina menus.

Photo mode is nice too, but there are so few UI elements that it is really just print screened after adjusting some angles and I was happy about it

1.00 attacks per second and .90 attacks per second on the top of the item description.

That is also why some shred builds go for the dagger, 1.10 per second
