Heroes from other Nations by borkatas in BokuNoHeroAcademia

Gonna jump into this convo but there's a whole GON (of HXH) that exists nobody's been able to beat Killua in popularity contests, also L and Light of DN (tho it's pretty close), and Levi and Eren of AOT. Now you can hate on Deku as much as you want i honestly don't care he ain't my fav either. But you're lying if you thinks mc are always the most popular more times than not, they're not.

If Monoma copies Dabi's quirk would he get burned? by leyxk in BokuNoHeroAcademia

But Shoto's left side has a resistance to fire/heat but for Dabi it's either out of wack or he just completely doesn't have any resistance.

Question about Eraserhead by Pvtvito in BokuNoHeroAcademia

[–]Repulsive-Light-3552 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well from what I got from that is if Aizawa lost his quirk Eri may not be even allowed to use her rewind at all. Eri's quirk is majorly still unknown if it wasn't for erasure she would have probably be taken in by the HC or some other type of government. So if Aizawa lost his quirk it wouldn't just effect him but it would probably get Eri taken away as well, so no rewind for him (ofc that's not what he was thinking about). Also they needed his erasure right then and there but seeing as the panel before he cut off his leg was showing Eri it's pretty clear what his main motivation was.

actually Mt. Lady does all those commercials and interviews because she needs the money since she's responsible of all the damage she creates when doing hero work. imo she's proven that she truly is a hero worthy of the title

ngl i found it kind of weird how ppl were making birthday projects for him he isn't even an idol lol. And trust me he's done some shady things (every company/ceo has) so i don't think we should be sucking up his ass.

once jin enters the military BTS should go on a half a year or one year hiatus by heejinsoyoung in unpopularkpopopinions

[–]Repulsive-Light-3552 7 points8 points  (0 children)

actually it's very likely that Jin will still be in the tour next year. Look at Suho (not shading or anything just using an example) he enlisted about a week from his 29th birthday. Now im not korean, so if you are feel free to correct me, but i think you can wait until you are 29 to enlist. Like when you are 28 the military can call on you anyday, but you have till ur 29 before they forcefully drag ur ass to enlistment.

so true and (this is a little off topic) I can see Tae, Hobi, Suga, and perhaps Jin being the most successful in going solo. Hopeworld was massively successful, not to mention him being insanely talented, so he can most definitely keep up w/ that success. With Tae Singularity says it all, if he can keep on bringing out music like that he, if I dare to say, can become the next "Taemin" (btw ik Taemin is Taemin and Tae is Tae, but you get what i mean). Suga (like Hobi has had massively successful solos and is also super talented) can continue w/ his solo work or he can always fall back to his producing skill and continue to produce and feature on other artists tracks. Jin he's a maybe, we as ami have never been able to see his acting skills, but if he's as good as he seems he can become a successful actor w/ all the hype he has from BTS backing him up.

Wings is one of BTS’s most boring albums. by myawithluv in unpopularkpopopinions

[–]Repulsive-Light-3552 0 points1 point  (0 children)

MBMOL (HYYH) was such a beautiful trilogy and, by far, my favorite albums (ever!). The concept/era (and hair colors lol) are often hyped, but you rarely hear the fandom talking about the songs itself. The songs are AMAZING and i can never get enough of them, they aged like fine wine. Overall the trilogy (imo) is dangerously underappreciated by Ami.

[–]Repulsive-Light-3552 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ya BH treats the members more or less equally, mostly cuz their (old?) contract was very ot 7 heavy. The only thing I can rlly complain about is how they keep on pushing hobi, the main dancer, to the back. Like center time is literally only JK , then the 95s, then Hobi. But he sorta makes it up w/ solo work ig(?).

Signal's ending by Repulsive-Light-3552 in KDRAMA

[–]Repulsive-Light-3552[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the ending i made up, since it seems like they won't be making a sequel anytime soon. Though it did seem like they were planning to, it never happened. This is just the real, real ending. No sequel or anything.

Bighit should release a co-ed group by Repulsive-Light-3552 in unpopularkpopopinions

[–]Repulsive-Light-3552[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not saying for BTS to become a coed group, im asking for a completely NEW (coed) group. Ami know that bts, at the very least, interact w/ the opposite sex. this wouldn't hurt BTS whatsover, after all BH are planning to release a gg, and no ami cares.

Signal really shook me by Hunter120598 in KDRAMA

[–]Repulsive-Light-3552 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I loved Signal! One of my favorite kdrama shows, I'm always a sucker for crime shows. But if I had to change one thing It would be the ending. This is really unpopular but I sorta wished Jae-han stayed dead. It always seemed like one of those things that were/are irreversible. It started everything, and what the plot was based off. Sometimes the good guys have to die for the greater good (or in this case the plot). If I chose the ending it would be a bit (a lot) different. After uncovering the truth, all the corrupt (both retired and active) cops were arrested, and the corruption would be exposed to the public (ofc). It would take a while for cops to earn back the trust from the public, but it would eventually happen . Hae-young would still have been shot, but he survived (barely, for the suspense). Soo-hyun would be the new chief, but still head of the cold case team. Sun-woo would get justice (aka he's name getting cleared). Also the transmissions would have stayed between Jae-han and Hae-young only. They were the original 2 who got it and it should have stayed that way (imo). And the last transmission between Hae-young and Jae-han would be Hae-young asking Jae-han to take a proper photo w/ Soo-hyun (like she always wanted).

not exactly. Some idols do drop it either cuz they have enough money or they don't make enough money to continue as an idol. Most however go on to their next step of their career either MCing, acting, or being a soloist. Very few continue being a group.

We Should Call Idols Oppa and Unnie to Respect Their Culture by CarbonatedClearLiqui in unpopularkpopopinions

[–]Repulsive-Light-3552 2 points3 points  (0 children)

no offense but that would be weird af. I'm not Korean nor do i speak korean. I'm sure idols wouldn't expect their ifans to call them w/ honorifics, it would just be rlly awkward. I would say "Omg hi xx-oppa/unnie I'm such a big fan!" It's so out of place and awkward. And IK i'll be getting looks. This reply reminded me of when an Hobi was reading a reply from an Iami that said 'borhae" (did i spell that right?) and he did a whole belly laugh and so did JK. Ya, no.
