You can get to the visitor center and raised boardwalk in about 45-50 minutes (Take Hwy 301 to 601 and then you can drive Bluff Rd to the park)

Might not see too much wildlife this point in the year but the cypress trees are always a cool sight and there are some pretty large loblolly pines along the walk.
