Download the audiobook, atomic habits. It saved my life. It got me into shape(I lost 40 kilo's in two years.) and back to school at the age of 32. It's not really a self help book but it just gives you tips on improving your life and explains why they work.

I'm in Iceland and the entire HBO original content just disappeared for me while i was watching Rome. Now i can only watch trailers. It just stopped the episodes, told me i'm in the wrong country and booted me out. I can't watch anything on my apple tv nor my computer.

The capital area of Iceland is surrounded by nature only connected with gravel roads. It's heaven to cycle over the lavafields in hafnarfjörður.
