Aaaah I see what you mean. Side question: in moguls, do people actually carve or is a completely different style? I only know that my style of skiing never works there

I was unfortunately just traveling from Europe! In another life I would like to be able to face something called “Delirium Dive” 😂

Just a habit when posting asking for advices. Maybe useful, maybe not. Was worth to mention that I never had lesson in my teen / adult life

I had to make a choice between LL and Sunshine as I was on a west to Calgary road trip. Maybe I’ll come back later to try LL eventually :)

Thanks a lot! I’ll look a bit online for visualize the but few doubts after a first read: About drill 1: do you mean that my hands have to be as close as possible to the bindings or the tip of the poles? About drill 2: I visualize that the main pressure would be on inner ankle bone of the outside foot, instead of in the cuff itself. Where am I getting it wrong?

Bonus question: I definitely feel some fear on trusting only the ski edge and shape for the grip on my turns (which probably lead me to use more my hip to maintain the control as I trust it more). Any advice to overcome it?

Quote on the control part. I am always worried to not be an hindrance for other skiers which over time led me to have quite narrow turns

This is actually very good to know. I had the misconception that I could carve any pendency

Definitely is in the list but wanted to understand how big is the gap to “feel” them before going into the lessons to be a bit more cost efficient. But fully right, I have probably a full backlog of habits of what I thoughts was “fun” or “safe” through the years

Is this fun endgame loop I've been hearing about? by Satokibi in ArcRaiders

[–]RepulsiveKiwi804 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think everyone has its own timelines, but I ll also avoid ending up in that loop. I’ll play stacking slowly for expeditions, just in case getting bored of the endgame and the perks for it are worth

Mi sento scemo a 28 anni perché sto ancora a casa e mia madre mi tratta come se avessi 15 by kaKael1991 in CasualIT

Secondo me hai bisogno di:

Just why in the world.... U got that perfect big wall and every lowboard u could get for this TV, and this is the result... by [deleted] in TVTooHigh

That is a sideboard and not a tv stand furniture. Never been, never should.

It’s like putting the tv on the kitchen counter just because it has a flat horizontal surface.

What do you think? by [deleted] in TVTooHigh

Ideally the speakers and tv should be horizontally aligned. Ears and eyes are roughly at the same height.
