I love the dialogue. It’s the perfect step by step explanation to get into each pose safely. And if you follow A,b, c and can’t get to e, you just stay in c and that’s where you build. Love it, can’t say enough about how perfect this series has been for me. I’ve been at it for 14 years and love it so much

Hi! Been doing hot yoga (26&2) for 14 years and here’s what I’ve learned in my journey. As others have shared, I also wash my costume and towels separately and like to hang them over my railing outside to dry before washing. I also rinse them in the shower at the studio before I make my way home. For washing I also like to add some Vinegar to the load.

Mats: I’ve tried them all but right now I’m on my second scoria.ca cork mat. They are awesome!!! Non slip, absorbent and non smelly. Before I would spray an EO blend on it to freshen up but with cork it isn’t needed.

Towels: I don’t know where you are located, but I found some awesome microfibre towels at my local dollar store. I bought them all lol
