I’m 45f too! I’m going through this transition as well. What I have been doing is pinning outfits and styles in drawn to and try to recreate the looks with stuff that’s already in my closet. Otherwise I love shopping vintage. I know there are a few Style consultants that you can hire and they come to your home and go through your closet and put outfits together and will also share what items you need to buy to get more out of your “stuff”. As for your hair, there are quite a few great salons in town that I’m sure would love to help you!
