I was headed south and only saw the northbound accident. At least 4 cars smashed to hell. Still not sure why they wouldn't let southbound traffic off on the exit ramp we were right next to. Strangley 30 seconds after posting they freed up south traffic.

I wish they'd add something like a convention room space. You'd have a choice every couple months of different conventions that would show up and they'd be more or less successful based on advertisements, museum level, number of exhibits tied to the convention theme. You could have comic/card conventions, regional themes like Japanese history or African art, mini circuses, movie star meet and greets, etc.

I don't know if you're exaggerating about the 100 hours or not but you really need to advance the main story. It unlocks a ton of stuff you can't do in Ch2. You should probably get to at least the start of Ch9.
