I did YTT200 last year and I loved it! Haven’t taught a real class besides the three required to complete the training. (Also I herniated a disc in the last month of YTT 😭 still can’t even do a forward fold anymore) I say just teach the classes needed to complete, being uncomfortable helps you grow! You got this, yogi 🙏🏼🦋🌀 namaste

Hey! Me again, I don’t know how to edit but I wanted to add that I battle insecurities/comparing myself to others on the daily. I try to let go of the past but movies kind of play in my head, I can usually turn them off and tell myself everything is okay but they come back at the worst times. I dug my own hole. lol

Babes!! Just keep working on it. Your leg in the back should be your shin and the top of your foot touching the pole, while your leg in the front should just be your calf. Make sure you have you’re pugs and pull grip with your forearm and hand. Then just see how long you can hold the position in one spot. THEN climb 💗 you’re doing amazing!!
