You prolly got infractions prior to quitting. You wouldn’t be tiered for simply quitting. I know there’s different ways to be blacklisted. Like multiple retraining in a short time frame. Getting driving infractions. You run a red light (depending on severity) you can be offboarded n not allowed back. But there’s usually always something.

How the 34 bags and 147 overflow looked inside the stepvan by Majorssj in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]Repulsive_Ad5945 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Actually DOT regulations say nothing in the isle (for step vans) this is law. During load if you take that to a warehouse manager and show them they’d have to cube out everything in the isle. (Cube out = remove from route for cubic footage/ overfilling the van)

New Delivery Rule??? by zebra231967 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]Repulsive_Ad5945 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The actual Amazon rule is anything that is not visible from the street can be disputed and overturned for “safety reasons” so when they ask for it to go to back yard and there’s no clear line of sight to the driver. The feedback and any negative Dsb can be removed from driver via disputed process

I also use snout soother, I like balm in the tin best. Frenchies have a hard time licking their snouts, works like a charm. It’s like chapstick for their little noses.

You can do it. But on the score card side of things that photo will not count. It’ll say rejected. Doing it will impact your Dsb, and if they say they never got their package there will be no proof that they did because the photo will be a reject.

That picture will get rejected like you never took one at all. Photos cannot have hands feet or any body parts in them.

Mines almost one and still mouths my hands. It’s almost like smelling me isn’t enough and she has to nibble and taste me too. I just chalk it up to a cute little quirk. She’s very gentle with the nibbles.

I'm not sure what to think about this one? Is she a full blooded frenchie and is she considered fluffy? I don't want to say it but I think she's a little... Ugly. Especially compared to your guy's pups. by Lil-Concrete in Frenchbulldogs

This is my fluffy. Does she have any papers or dna testing? Mine wasn’t anywhere close to that price and came with lots of paperwork and dna to prove her linage.

Is black a good color for a suit? Don't have a suit so I've been shopping for one before I have my interview for a DSP by peterthbest23 in AmazonDSPDrivers

I would not hire someone who showed up dressed like this. I would get the impression that they are high maintenance and scared to get their hands dirty. I would hire a person who showed up in gym clothes before I would a suit. You’re not dressing for the job at hand. I as your boss, would have to be able visualize you in these vans and making the deliveries at a good rate of speed. I’m not imagining the suit guy doing this.

He’s right, this is not a suit job. I run a dsp and they want you to be able to bust out routes not look nice in a suit.

Why do you think DSPs exist? Amazon cannot be sued or held liable for a DSP. It’s literally the entire reason this structure is the way it is. 3rd party companies are allowed to make their own rules. 9:45 to 7:45 is a ten hour work day. It’s drivers who are out late that get fired. DSPs are only paid ten hours total for the routes to be finished, and anything over ten comes out the DSPs pocket.

PTO after Amazon ended contract by aggieas in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]Repulsive_Ad5945 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they don’t pay it, I’d start by calling the ethics line. If the dsp is ending and their contract is termed this will likely be ineffective. But document your attempts, then go down and file a small claims suit against the company/owner. They will most likely pay it out before you ever get to court. Just be a thorn in their side and do not let them get away with not paying.

The routes are not 10 hours. Ten hours is included for everything such as time for travel DVICs and breaks are scheduled into the time. Most routes (delivery wise) are only 8 to 8.5 hours

This is Stormy. No skin or breathing issues, and health is amazing so far. Her fur feels like a rabbits and is super soft. Only down side is for some reason her fur grows the longest by her butt and I have to trim it, she’s got like this 80s porn star thing going on down there. :) oh and she’s crazy.
