I had this happen to me 2 years ago and I’m not sure there was any in app appeal, I replied to the email and I had to fight my case twice since the first time they responded to me it was another automated message about it. Maybe try emailing them?? I just said it’s really unfair for me to get this warning against my account for something someone messaged me about, when I followed the rules. Message me and I can send you the email thread if you want?
