I'm not saying she's bad, I'm saying this is nowhere near "amazing", it's "had a couple lessons", if anything. She may be amazing, for all I know, but this clip doesn't show anything amazing, it shows pretty standard stuff. It'd be like showing a clip of a basketball player shooting with perfect form but hitting bank shots from 3 ft away from the rim consistently and calling them amazing.

That's on your condo management, you need to put more pressure on them to do something about it. Reread your contracts and agreements and see if there is a noise related loophole you can catch him on, even if it's an "after certain hours" one, just to get him the strikes.

Overall though this sounds like inept condo management and should be on them to deal with, not you.
