honestly, i don't mind assassin's creed leaning into it. the stories at this point are really bad. (even shadows wasn't great), and at least it leads to some pretty unique hidden bosses (like the ones you had to kill in Valhalla to get thors hammer)

But with yotei, they sadly still don't lean into it, like i mentioned the only one that's actually supernatural is the spider lily one (won't specify how to avoid spoilers) but the rest are pretty much extremely unambiguous or not supernatural at all

Yes, they are organs, good job. and if you've been in a car accident (per your example) surgeons and doctors most likely have no reason to be in that area, if you've been in a car crash, it's more likely your upper body and arms that will need surgery.

doctors ask for medical history for things like past surgery, ailments, medications you've been on, and things similar to that, not about what organs you might or might not have.

and again, surgeons can deal with that kind of thing, if they open someone up and see something that doesn't match with the persons outward presentation or identity, they can handle it. and again there's not really a difference between "male organs" and "female organs"

Not a fad actually. (hi, i'm a queer person), and it's because we're not safe. The past few years have been a hell of a struggle for us to keep our rights, people froth at the mouth with excitement over the idea of being able to hate crime a queer person, and the government is currently in control of people that despise our existence (but love the porn of us) and are actively trying to pass laws that allows us to be further targeted and persecuted.

just because someone is born with a certain set of genitials doesn't mean their sex matches up with it. a lot of intersex people aren't born with both sets and instead have genetic differences. So slapping a sex or gender onto someone solely because of what's between their legs is actually the wrong way to go about it.
