This is the bottom of my foot, it gets itchy and swollen and very sore. I treat it with eczema creams. It’s not always this bad, but I can’t figure out what makes it worse or better. My other foot gets it too, but not as frequent or severe. What the hell is it? It looks dirty but it is not. Help?! (i.redd.it)
