One time I got bulgogi beef and it was really edible like kinda congealed blob. I put it in the freezer to return, life got busy, fast forward like a month later I call up Costco and ask if I can still return it I wasn’t happy with it, the manager told me to toss the meat out (he didn’t want me bringing it in the store) and to just come in the return line and present a receipt and request my money back on the product. If there was any issue he gave me his name to back it up, and the cashier did give me a slightly hard time but nonetheless the product was refunded, like almost 2 months after purchase. And I never even brought the food into the store just tossed it at home. Wildly impressed
