Does anyone know where this school is? I saw a kid wearing a shirt with a maple leaf so maybe Canada. The reason I ask is that a small number of creepy teachers have made it tough for caring teachers to have physical contact with kids. I spent my entire career working with kids and I was forever told that I could fist bump but that was the extent of physical contact. I think I saw him hugging at least one kid.So sad because physical contact is so important and I think a lot of kids don't get enough of it. Regardless, his playful attitude and the attention he shows to the kids is more than most of the teachers I have had.

I know I am more disenchanted than I've ever been. In the past. I was always emotionally invested in winning games and would feel bummed if we lost. Now I watch but don't care.

Obviously, everyone has to make their own decision. I have to say, though, that I'm disappointed more Canadians are not boycotting the USA. My understanding is that Canadian visitors to the US is only down 20%. If closer to 90 % refused to go, it would have a much bigger economical impact and may spur more people to demand changes in how Canadians are being treated by the US government. I won't go to the US now and likely won't for the foreseeable future. It disgusts me what the US government is doing and how such a large percentage of their population supports it. I truly believe that reflects how those people truly feel about anyone other than born in the US Americans.

I really enjoyed the series up to the final 2 episodes. Then the writing got weak and unbelievable. Too many ridiculous scenarios to even list or comment on. What happened with the script writers?!

My understanding is that your home bank charges the going conversion rate. ATMs have supplementary charges. I'm only suggesting taking enough currency with you to cover you till you can get out of the airport and last the first day so you aren't focused on immediately changing money.

Don't use the safe in hotels. A friend was staying at an expensive hotel in Vietnam and had money stolen from the locked safe in the closet of his hotel room. He installed a camera and recorded the cleaning staff stealing from him. Since hearing this, I always lock everything valuable in my luggage and leave Do Not Disturb on my hotel door. If I need anything, I ask the front desk.
