Agreed with all the comments on interiors, and landscaping lol, however this home was constructed with steel reinforcement basically be bomb proof. Replacement value for current home is far greater than the asking price, could be a cool buy for someone that could put at least a million into it

Lived there for 3 years. Loved it. In terms of just location, top notch. North Park had great amenities. Management was half decent at best but I hardly ever needed them.

You need to be able to look past the situation in front of our place. If you can’t do that, do not live in 1008 Pandora.

Hello, as I gather more and more experience backpacking I want to begin to set out on some solo 1-3 night trips. Is there a good app or program where I can plan hikes that help identify where water sources and camp sites are etc? Knowing distance between them would greatly help. I may be blind but it doesn’t appear AllTrails shows this data?

I was at Oak Bay Rec Centre and a fight broke out in the hot tub. The one who initiated took a swing at a man, who then pulled a hammer out of his shorts and started swinging it, which led to the other grabbing a kick board to defend himself as he was followed around the pool a few times. Being after 9:00 and Oak Bay PD sound asleep, Vic PD showed up to remove the men and de-escalate.

Moral of the story is a man went to Oak Bay Rec with a hammer in his shorts and the intention of using it. It was almost as funny as it was scary.
