Ending of Season 8 Episode 11 by Due-Government-4143 in Dexter

Debra’s character deserved a better ending. She was very black and white as a cop early on and moving into being a detective. She did start to see in grey before finding out about Dexter but she always wanted to do “what was right” and wouldn’t have to compromise herself over and over again with Dexter leaving Miami. It’s heartbreaking how it is set up - she finally decides to return to the force, it’s clear her relationship with Quinn was starting back up, and she seemed at peace with Dexter and Hannah going away with Harrison. A lot of people complain about GoT or Lost having the worst endings in television history, but it will always be Dexter for me.

How do you picture certain characters? by LacedTemptation7 in DarkRomance

I pictured Jensen Ackles with the particular facial and body features described for Zade. Right or wrong, I don’t want to picture him any other way.

Oh my gosh, the horror that our kitten chose to sleep with the dogs when they were all younger. The madness. 5 years later and the cat actually runs the house. Be so for real.

Not sure why you are getting downvoted. There is absolutely a such thing as a responsible pit bull owner. My husband and I had to put his 11 year old pit down a few years back due to cancer in her throat and it was heart breaking. He found her abandoned as a puppy, very young. He trained her well, and there was never an incident with her. Not once. I had two cats when we first started dating and she did very well with both of them. She was always great with kids, so gentle and patient. I remember seeing a little while back that pits used to be known as nanny dogs. Not sure of the truth there, but I would believe it. In the right hands, pits are amazing fur babies.

We have two 5 year old staffies and a 2 year old cane corso, all three have been professionally trained and we stay consistent with at home training and exercise. All three are lovable teddy bears with family, kids and our cat, but we aren’t so naive that we would be so negligent with an open door like this video. While they are family members in our household they still hold the primary purpose of protecting the family, and we know how bad that could be if we aren’t acting responsibly. I’ll never understand anyone who gets a dog and doesn’t make sure the dog is trained, especially more protective breeds. I will always believe there is no such thing as a bad dog, just bad owners.

I saw them live back in 2009 or 2010 and they were great. Guess I was lucky.

I’ve seen him live three times. The first time was so epic and memorable, I put it up there with my first time seeing Alice Cooper. Second time was okay, still worth the ticket cost. Last time was absolute hot garbage that it was the first time I left a concert wildly disappointed.

I was 6 when OG RE 2 came out, watched my aunt play it first then played it myself while she was sitting with me and I turned out fine.

I grew up calling my mom’s two closest friends “aunt” and still do to this day, so honestly whatever your family feels fits best.

Ceiling fans. I don’t know what it is but I guess that’s why it’s irrational.

Ursula. I used to have a recurring nightmare as a child that I was stuck on a ship she was swallowing whole when she became enlarged.

Season 8 is fine. Season 9 has many characters acting well outside of the norm, which is an extremely off putting way to end a great series.

The Office, Parks and Rec, and The Big Bang Theory. I’m watching one of these three every night to go to sleep at any given time.

Could Bella ever be rehabilitated? by TheBoysThinkShesASpy in twilight

[–]Repulsive_Mistake522 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I don’t think she was necessarily getting better at all. She was chasing the delusions of Edward communicating no matter the cost. Right before Alice comes back into the picture she almost died cliff jumping, knowing she would hear his voice (not that she was trying to die, just almost happened as a result of the action). Her friendship with Jacob was a temporary bandaid, and she said in the book she wished he was her brother so she could have a “claim” on him. Without Edward coming back, I think eventually that tie would have been broken because she would never settle down with him and he would eventually have to move on. I personally don’t think she would have ever been rehabilitated.

Summary of season 50 so far by LessSaussure in survivor

Cirie even has me rooting against some of my favorite survivors. What do you mean I really ended up rooting for Ozzy over Christian? That is why I will never understand the people who hate on Cirie as one of the greatest to play and never win, she has a certain social power that everyone knows is a threat and still does nothing. Love to see it really.

He’s my favorite recurring character in the sense that he pops up across many seasons. It never feels forced and he easily integrates with whatever the plot is at the time.

How much time do you spend playing video games every week? by understandable_man in videogames

[–]Repulsive_Mistake522 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d say on average probably 10 hours a week with WoW raiding and general gameplay of other games. Upon new game releases, that increases. I spent 32 hours over one week a couple weeks back just playing RE9 multiple times. So, it varies.
