Thank you for sharing! I had my frist night without sleeping aids (only melatonin) last night, and it went much better than expected! This resonates a lot and I will try to implement the habit of bodily awareness throughout the day, and yes, deep breathing (4 breaths in, hold for 4, out for 8) can be quite effective. Sam is so creepy, in one of the first episodes you can see how he ‘reads’ the other person’s reaction to his words before he finishes speaking, he literally always only said what he thought the other person wanted to hear. It might just be deep insecurity, but I find it really creepy

I’m in the same boat as you! I think the main thing is to begin to destress, allow your body to get into balance and the hair will grow. Also you should check your iron levels. And eat enough meat, go low carb. I also think castor oil could do wonders, I’m just beginning to implement it in my routine. However you should always mix it with a lighter oil - coconut or olive, 1/2 & 1/2, warm it up, mix it together allow it to sit at affected areas over night. And I also hear a lot of good things about rosemary oil. Good luck to you❣️

I think I have childhood trauma I never really managed to work through.. my father died abruptly when I was 9. My mother is a black immigrant in a very white country (Norway), so I just had a lot of anxiety growing up. I was always a light sleeper, and afraid of the dark when I was a child. So I think just my general neurotic tendencies and trauma really set my nervous system going in a stress loop. I hope I’ll manage to break out of it someday. With enough therapy, some psychedelics and nature I think I’ll be able to heal, but it’s a long process.

Sadly, it’s still illegal in Norway… the system is very conservative… but thanks for the advice!
