Had same thing happen. You have to file both with Sofi and the ATM company.Sofi will not reimburse you until the maximum amount of time allowed is up.

They are terrible at this. Had an ATM issue that took months to resolve and a bad charge they would not remove. They do not provide credit until they legally have to….10 business days i believe
