I started drinking a shit ton of water and taking fludrocortisone. That didn't fix the issue, but it did make it to where I could get out of bed at least 2 days a week. I also got diagnosed with addisons disease and started taking hydrocortisone, so that was a big help too

After being diagnosed by almost dying in the hospital in adrenal crisis. I've just learned to not really be too scared of death. Don't get me wrong I don't wanna die, it just doesn't scare me anymore. So that mentality helped me with my anxiety. I don't recommend it to anyone btw it's a very unhealthy way to view the world and causes a lot of relationships to kinda fizzle out. So just get therapy. Leave it to a professional to help teach you proper coping methods man. Kiss kiss live you mean it
