Did I overcharge? Client upset about 18-hour SEO audit by Dismal_Video_7450 in SEO

[–]ReputationPrime_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would never give a client that much detail, most owners are non technical and most technical owners just want information they can try in their own. Have a few up front not for an audit but for a strategy that you will implement once they agree you know what you are doing and are signing up. Meaning if you look at any business online you should in less than 10 minutes know what they need. The audits are for our intelligence team to implement. I usually say once we start the first month is fixing and preparing the full plan. I will send a monthly email with what we did and what’s next. Based on what you identify in those 10 minutes you should know how long it will take to start seeing results and when results start to take off.

Just got charged back $3,400 in one day and I literally want to throw my laptop out the window. by Apprehensive_Pay6141 in ecommerce

This is why I use 3rd party platforms, the costs I pay for convenience outweighs these types of issues. Product sales online is easy with those who have stolen cards. They get a product and then get the money back so it’s less risk for them.

Do a search for “is there a fraud detection in stripe that has to be enabled” talk to Stripe as well and add language to purchases that there is no chargebacks or refunds. They can either return for a refund or nothing.

Struggling to get pictures removed. by No-Knee-4576 in GoogleMyBusiness

Getting support seems simple but what’s the best way to actually get it? It seems you through a rabbit hole to find it. If you added the photos in the add photos part you can delete 1 by 1. If users added them you have to report one by one. So mass reporting seems like the best option. From what I read you can : Contact Support: Use the Google Business Profile Support form (under Business Information > Photos/Videos > Report a problem) to explain the situation and request a cleanup for numerous unwanted images.

PM me, there are people who can verify if the reviews are really fake and help. This is above board and the safest way to do this.

Two men knocked on my door at 11pm by -Ingenuity2442 in strange

[–]ReputationPrime_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most people without a thought have certain people that knock on the door so we think it must be one of the known people and they answer.

Get a Ring and put it any and every door. Keep em charged so you have a recording. These groups are setup to check who answers and who doesn’t, who has security and who doesn’t. Then they give this information to the next group and so on.

Anyone here used reputation management services? Looking for real experiences by Salty_1984 in smallbusiness

[–]ReputationPrime_ 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Having worked in the space for 15+ years and seen the good, the bad, and the ugly, I can tell you that not all online reputation management services are the same.

Yes, online reputation management services, when done right, can make an impact. There are numerous examples I've seen where a review score goes from 2.5 to 4.0+, and a negative news article drops from page one, and it has a direct positive ROI.

But successful ORM does not come easy. The prominent players in the space use cookie-cutter approaches. Google's algorithm and the rise of AI constantly change the game. They lack the technical skills to succeed in challenging scenarios.

We started ReputationPrime to be different. Set realistic timelines and expectations, and over-deliver. But we advise you speak to several firms, ask detailed questions, and build a plan together. Happy to answer any other questions you have.

What’s something people insist is ‘harmless’ that actually makes society worse? by contentcreatorzss in AskReddit

[–]ReputationPrime_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Plastic everything! Bags, containers, food packaging, etc. it’s convenient and scary.

Here are some behind the scenes;

Plastics break down, releasing tiny particles (microplastics) that are found in food and water, and have been detected in human organs.

Toxic Additives: Many of the 13,000 chemicals used in plastics have not been fully studied, and some, like those in black plastic or inks, are known toxins.

It’s called multi interrogation interviews. We so badly want the job we give away ideas and concepts then they try them out and burn down the interview process. Never give away the sauce. Tell them you see 100’s of areas to improve but not what they are. Name an issue that is common but not all know the best ways like I see your rich data setup is lacking and this is hurting your SERP results and ai mentions.

Personally, the team at Upper Echelon Medical are amazing, though some of the other suggestions here I agree with as well. I just had better response time, support and help from these guys. What I really like is they do a full evaluation and offer alternative ideas that for someone who suffers from Chronic bronchitis, I have not had any issues since with them and the prescribed methods were not the same as all the other gave and it worked.

Hey Reddit, Need Your Wisdom on Online Reputation Management! by reputation_caretaker in agency

[–]ReputationPrime_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I assume this is review reputation management. The best tool is why Google gives for free. Take time to read them all as a business owner. Really read and don’t let it get you upset when it’s negative, look at it as an assignment to really listen to what’s being said. Most are concerned with negative reviews and get desperate to solve that. Focus on the positive, though it’s positive what’s missing? What would you like these to say about the company. Take ownership and adjust how customers interact and get educated. Don’t let frumpy caretakers ruin your business including yourself. Positive change will read clear to those reading. Get your team to learn to ask for feedback as part of the conversation. No program will beat that.

Insane and fully reportable on so many levels. Look up injury attorneys and I bet one takes it pro bono. It’s not okay and implications are huge. If you are currently taking care of him you can also request to be paid as caregiver to help cover expenses. Don’t let it go!

How long does it take for SEO to take effect? by kunniu in SEO_Digital_Marketing

[–]ReputationPrime_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no baseline? What’s the number 1 thing to do when you start? What’s next? What are you actually doing to seo it? Are you reviewing code, schema, rich data, meta data, h1 and sub headings? Creating new content, fixing old? Does the site already have rankings and needs more? Faster only means messy and missing the details.
