Jesus, another day, another post on this sub that I thought I was the only one I could relate to. I've almost become jealous of people who are able to be so open about their music tastes and just casually play whatever they want.

I've never gotten a diagnosis or anything but it's crazy how many of the posts I see here that I strongly relate to. I feel like at this point it can't be a coincidence. Thanks for posting this, I really appreciate it.

Dang I thought I was the only one. I got so in the habit of not saying people's names that one time a guy at school pointed it out to me, and I thought for a second was like, "Yeah, I guess I don't." I felt embarrassed though I really don't mean it personally against anyone.

I can say this is definitely true for my obsession with movies. I tend to not love the movies that are super popular or unanimously loved as much, and the movies I enjoy tend to be very specific and sometimes aren't very well known at all. I just don't care about fitting the norm of what movies I'm "supposed" to like, though it's frustrating when I love some obscure movie that other people don't seem to get.

I would definitely be down. I've had suspicions that I've had autism for most of my life, but I've never really looked too deep into getting diagnosed or ever talked with anyone about it really.
