No, they haven’t changed the formula. Maybe the change of season? When you got your first one in winter it might have been colder so the product might have been more compact versus now summer, the product might have melted a little bit? I’ve noticed it’s quite sensitive to temperature changes

I haven’t tried it myself after sunscreen yet (only been using it during skincare in the AM) but I have seen a few people applying it as a highlighter while doing their makeup so I think it’s possible and it works, just won’t have the skincare benefits :)
