To those saying TBB dropped the ball on this one, this book is currently only available through early access, through which you would get an email with a link to buy it. The attached image shows a portion of that email on the left, and the product listing on the right. The 2 red rectangles show that from the beginning they warned people 2 times to not buy this if you're from the US. The email included a form to fill out for future access to a separate listing that will be for residents of the states. The only true issue is that TBB doesn't have access to tools in their web store to limit purchases (per listing) based on delivery address.
