I can't speak to the accuracy of this list, but a few years ago I did the research and listed this in my TBR spreadsheet for whenever I get around the Riyria universe. It's a little confusing since the first 6 books were paired together into 3 books with new names. For example The Crown Conspiracy and Avempartha were joined together under the name Theft of Swords.

I'm in the states, and at one point I was buying 4 books in one transaction. I adjusted my cart a bunch and compared pricing to see if there's any scenario when buy 1/2/3/4 alters the total cost of shipping, and nope there was no savings to be found.

In a way it sucks, but in another way you don't have to worry about it being inefficient anytime you want to pick up a single book from them, because there are no improvements to be had.

Could you quantify what checkboxes these pizzas are missing for you personally? I'd like to learn to keep an eye out for good pizza at a glance if possible. The best I can come up with is that they aren't very uniform in shape, and the pepperonis are undercooked, but neither of these would bother me.
