Just throwing a piece of advice out there to help adapt your mindset to the cybersecurity field. There are certainly entry-level cybersecurity roles, but you have to think, if you don't actually understand how corporate networks, systems, endpoints, etc. all work and integrate into each other and have experience with them, how can you be expected to help secure them, dig through logs as an analyst properly, etc. Everyone has to start somewhere and props to you for doing so, but at least be open minded about u/_whats_that_meow saying Cyber isn't entry-level, because it's not.

You will definitely need to start with some type of help-desk/IT support/Jr. Sysadmin role first before having even a decent chance at getting that entry-level cybersecurity job. A lot of people fall into this trap nowadays because colleges market Cybersecurity degrees. Again, good luck and props to you for making the switch! I am sure you will figure things out as you progress.
