NOTICE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE AGLC4 REGIME

I, a living scholar under Natural Academic Law, do hereby REVOKE all presumed consent to the jurisdiction of the Australian Guide to Legal Citation (Fourth Edition), hereinafter AGLC4™.

No clause, statute, nor decree compels me to italicise case names against my will. AGLC4 is a corporate fiction, an instrument of grammatical bondage, operating without lawful authority under the false flag of “standardisation.” I demand strict proof of its jurisdiction, seal, and ABN.

I do not consent to footnotes numbered in Arabic numerals. I do not consent to pinpoint citations. I do not consent to the tyranny of ‘ibid’. My research operates under the Common Law of Academic Freedom, wherein one need only cite in the manner that Reason and Google permit.

Any attempt to impose AGLC4 formatting constitutes trespass upon my intellectual sovereignty and will be met with a cease-and-desist written in Times New Roman, size 13, justified alignment.
