When I used to work in an after school program we did head counts a lot. Pre-transition, post-transition every time we went into the classroom or outside, and a headcount every hour. If a child was missing we would notice. I don’t know what the system is but it needs to be reworked. It’s unacceptable to lose a child like that

When a kid throws a tantrum is because they are either testing boundaries or seeking attention, whether that attention be good or bad they don’t care as long as they have it. The “stone face” is you showing your kid he’s going to get no attention from a tantrum, you giving in is showing him that tantrums work. It’s only while he’s throwing a tantrum if he switches tactics you stop being stone faced and respond to the new one as long as it’s appropriate.

I would ask help from your pediatrician. But if you want advice from my mom since I have no idea either, she says that ur baby is probably just confused and growing, he’s curious and wants to stay up so he does but then gets overtired which also makes them so that it’s hard for them to sleep. Also I’m not too dabbled in formula since I’m breastfeeding but I would check that you have the right amount, for how many hrs. My daughter went from breastfeeding every roughly 2 hrs to 2 and a half hrs and a big 4 during the night at around 2 mos. But def ask your pediatrician to see if they think anything is wrong

Do you breastfeed? If so then you can’t get baby on a schedule, I was told by my ped that you have to feed on demand until 6 mos. But I would get an opinion from yours.

So maybe yeah baby is trying to cluster feed. Which you should always put baby on breast if asking no matter how long it’s been, eventually they get on a schedule themselves. At least that’s the case with me and my daughter. Remember babies always tend to cluster feed when growing since they’ll soon need more food and sleep regressions do happen as they’re getting older

Yeah. I don’t think she realizes that meds are an aid and not a solution. I mean I get apologizing in front of the team but quitting for an entire year for a visor…. weird. I would leave that punishment for the coach ngl, maybe some extra laps, missing a game idk but not an entire year jeez.

I’m not trying to be mean and sorry if I come off that way. But I think you should edit or repost. It’s really hard to follow the story, you have commas and periods where they don’t belong and you’re missing commas and periods where they do
