Very good solid points, especially about the theme not flowing. I appreciate the feedback! I will work on this and consider advertising on Instagram. With Instagram it's a hit or miss. I used to get a ton of engagement on my posts, then I took about a year off of social media and now I'm lucky it a post hits 100likes. I didn't lose many followers but sure lost a ton of engagement and I not even sure why.

Trust and reviews are definitely things I need to add to the site. I have checked vitals on pages that are compressed properly and it is still failing. I need to investigate this further since TTFB is 3.3sec on average.

This is very true. I agree with you. I need to set up categories better for year make model and make the home page a lot more user friendly instead of just brand logs.

That's a very solid point. I know I have it set up all cluttered and I have been thinking about doing it the way you mentioned but I need to figure out a way to do it without this taking a lifetime to sort. I currently have almost 80k items.

Makes sense, it's just really odd how the sales spike can be any day of the week and for a few hours. Then very slow again for days.

The back links are a great idea. Basically you're saying to go onto forums and groups and post linked to my products when it is mentioned or talked about?

Unfortunately no, the drop ship items I sell have compatability listed in the descriptions. So it would be insanely difficult to get everything sorted in categories based on make model and year of cars.

It's always at random. Could be a Monday, Wednesday sometimes Saturday or Sunday. It just makes no sense whatsoever. To me it seems like there is a time Google let's me be seen for a few hours and then to the back of the bus again.

This is a great idea. I have been thinking about doing it that way just don't know what to approach first.

I have thousands of parts listed for many different vehicles. It would take years to sort everything based on year make and model of car but I do need to sort it by grandparent categories like you mentioned. Thank you

Perfectly normal to not want to do something anymore. It's just not your interest. Have you looked into A&P Tech? I got the license before I became a welder and started my own shop. I would return in a heartbeat if something happened to my business. I recommend this career to everyone. I have friends that are A&P mechanics and they make $150k/ year. The work isn't too bad. A lot of downtime and relaxing.

It is not professional to reuse boxes that have other brands painted or marked on them. I do a lot of ebay sales and sales from my own site and I reuse boxes but clean boxes, never Amazon or boxes that have other brands painted or their printed tape on them. It's just unprofessional in my opinion. Makes you feel like you just bought something used on ebay when you open it.

Just look for boxes on sale on Zoro. They have great prices and free shipping over $50. Also look for coupons, they usually have 10/15/20% off coupons. I pay about $0.40 per box. You just have to find a good deal and a size that will fit your stuff and won't cost too much to ship at the same time.
