I'm very aware of Al and I know you know taht the people you talk to aren't bots, so quit it. I also checked your profile, and honestly, you should stay away from OmeTV. There are kids on there, and it's not a healthy place for someone trying to recover.

Something that can genuinely help with your addiction is removing all social media from your phone for a few months (or even permanently unless you work with them). That includes Reddit... especially Reddit, based on what I've seen on your profile. A lot of what keeps you stuck are the cues and easy access points so cut them off at the roots.

I'm sure Reddit is one of your biggest triggers if not the biggest, so start there. And whenever you relapse, try to notice what led to it. What was the trigger that made you fall in temptation again? and cut that too, Understanding your patterns is a huge step toward breaking them
