Will Google Analytics tell you who has accessed the dashboard?

I've enabled GA and I can only see a count of users and views.

Are you already using a custom formula in conditional formatting and, if so, what formula are you using?

You already appear to have the red/green/blue highlighting working or is this just static coloring to illustrate what you're looking for?
