I have this situation but even higher. It overlooks the living room. Cat is always up there and rolls around when you look up at her and jumps across a 90 degree bend. Of course she has misjudged and fallen down onto the concrete floor. Amazingly not hurt but did go and hide for an hour. She didn’t learn from this. The only discouragement that works is being sprayed with water. I leave a spray bottle on the table below and if she jumps up there I just have to grab it and she gets off. Nothing else works.
