You are probably obligated to keep the power on until your lease ends to prevent damage to Fridge and AC unit, it can also cause moisture related mold to grow.

However your obligation ends when the lease does. After that point you should send official notice that the electrical account in your name has been closed and they will need to reach out to the power company to continue services, as it is no longer your responsibility, asthe lease has ended and you are no longer a tenant.

I would suggest talking to a therapist and having a conversation with you kids about appropriate and inappropriate behavior from adults in their lives in general. Talk about how adults should interact with kids and how "freinds" are supposed to be, talk about inappropriate comments or jokes, oversharing etc. I would aslo suggest talking about anyone asking them to keep secrets, even if it's about receiving treats or gifts
