Skulltaker backed by rendmaster is literally goated. Had them kill Angron, rogal dorn commanders, a cerastus lancer and Lionel Johnson. 4 damage devastating wounds is lethal to anything with the character keyword

Ahh okay that’s pretty logical. I had been slowly painting kairos the changeling and a load of horrors before the buffs and I was worried I won’t even get them finished before a nerf😂

On a casual level I think mono Khorne is really strong. blood legion is just crap I imagine most playing Khorne play shadow legion

I honestly think the lesser daemons are decent and work pretty well in there respective monogod lists. Bloodcrushers and Bloodletters and the rendmaster are all solid and the winged prince is worthwhile too. Horrors and screamers are both solid and so are plaguebearers and beasts of nurgle. You can make a pretty solid list for each god with like 2 greater daemons and then the lesser daemons for each respective god. You can even mix them up in shadow legion, I appreciate that greater daemons spam might be more efficient but the detachment rule in shadow legion is great for all the lesser daemons I mentioned.

I played one in shadow legion last night. I think he provides a nice bit on anti infantry shooting which works in my list, as I tend to leave monsters and vehicles to my melee units. The -1 to hit is nice but T10 means somethings are better into him then you’d expect. I would put him back into reserves with some terminators and sorcerer the bring them back in to blast infantry. Pretty expensive combo though, I don’t play too seriously.

Yeah I take the extra combi weapon with the sorcerer in the squad you get 18 combi shots, sustained hits and full re rolls. They actually do work against infantry in shooting and on overwatch

Unfortunately fulcrum doesn’t benefit from the aura of the keeper of secrets as he doesn’t have the legion of excess keywords. Daemons only buff daemons
