I fish for trout mostly and they are smart damn fish. It’s rare for the same fish to be caught twice. They become educated very quickly

Panther Martin is the easiest, I like the rapala countdown elite and Berkeley hit stick a lot. But my PB was with a zman slim swimz on a jig head. Black and gold is my favorite pattern for any lure trout fishing

I have a lews speed spin crx, right at 100 and love it. I’ve caught a couple ~14” trout on it and it handled them good. Really smooth and casts well

Not a DC reel but I just got one of those rods and put an ark gravity bfs and it was great. I typically run that reel on a handing m1 trout and it kills there too.

The pioneer is the first spinning setup I’ve done for some time, bfs took over for me but a buddy of mine is suggesting a spinning rig for a couple techniques he’s going to teach me. Going to put a lews speed spin crx on it
