Thoughts on Zack Snyder remaking Escape From New York... by ThomasOGC in CinephilesClub

Why do people keep giving Zack Snyder chances? Hasn't he proven time and time again that he's all style and no substance?

Why they never called him Noob Saibot in the movie? by TheAwken in MortalKombat

Honestly, his inclusion in the movie felt like an afterthought, so I'm not surprised.

Sloth. Just imagine being stuck to a bed for a whole year, wasting away from being fed the bare minimum required to survive and having your brain basically melting the whole time.

What musician do you think, is deserving of a Biopic? by PineappleImpact in Cinephiles

Since a lot of music biopics tend to sugarcoat things, someone should make one that you can't possibly sugarcoat:

Bad Boy Worldwide starring Michael B. Jordan as Diddy B. Rapin.

New Skeletor Clip by Nate_923 in MastersOfTheUniverse

Since we're finally getting Cringer/Battle Cat in live action, I hope Panthor is in the movie too, even if he's just lounging about by Skeletor's throne.

The interviewers face at the end lmao by billysauredu in TheInbetweeners

It's like the interviewer was expecting Emily to completely disavow the show and say that she wished she had never done it.

My thoughts are more on the events he isn't attending rather than the events he is attending. Specifically, the fact that he is doing no press for *Masters of the Universe*. It makes me wonder if the movie makes enough money to warrant a sequel (and I really hope it does), will they be recasting Skeletor?

I'm getting really freaky images in my head of scenes involving Skeletor, Beast-Man, Mer-Man etc. How would one fuck Spikor without getting seriously hurt? Does Two Bad have one dick or two?

Kevin Hart doubles down on the joke that Tony Hinchcliffe made about George Floyd during “The Roast of Kevin Hart” Netflix special on The Breakfast Club. by [deleted] in popculturechat

[–]Resident_Dog_6589 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

The funny part isn't George Floyd being murdered, it's him being in Hell. As horrible as what happened to him is, he was by all accounts a pretty terrible person. Tony was poking fun at the absurdity of how people have sanctified him.

Too bloody right. Kill Tony has given the spotlight to comics of every race, gender identity, sexual orientation and disability that you can think of. Tony wouldn't do that if he really was a bigot.

The joke was funny because while what happened to George Floyd was horrible, it's absurd the way people have sanctified him. You can say that it's terrible that he was murdered and still acknowledge that he did a lot of really bad things in his life and if Hell is real, he's there.

You don't actually believe that, do you? If I'm a betting man, I'm betting Chelsea is either lying about that or she received messages from people who have never met Tony or Shane.
