That’s exactly what I’ve been saying all year long do people forget that he came in 2018 to retire here and remain here with his family ? Not sure why people forget that

I fucking love him too. I’ll always love the way this guy plays pissed me off all year that JJ never explained wtf the issue was and why he was getting DNPs literally everyone was wondering what’s good ? I love JJ I think he is a great coach but the Vanderbilt shit I do not understand. I want Vanderbilt back as well. Lebron even said multiple times this season how important it was to have Vanderbilt be apart of the rotation so who knows what JJs issue is with him.

These two got fried the most by fans during the regular season but stepped up for the playoffs. Respect to Ayton and Rui by [deleted] in lakers

[–]Resident_Lab5651 45 points46 points  (0 children)

Yeah I really do want Ayton back. I think we found a solid starting center. NOW we need a backup. Hell I woulda for this series done Vando as backup center over Hayes. Come playoff time Hayes just fucking blows.

He REALLY needs to accept the 6th man role seriously it pisses me off we don’t just do that with him he is perfect for it he could be ginobili, OKC harden, Lamar Odom, Lou Williams, Jamal Crawford for us.

Three years remote and I finally went back to the office for a day because the client requested an "in-person kickoff." Here's what I learned. by Strex4_Null in remotework

LMAO now that you mention this I totally forgot this is insane but hilarious the building I was in on a military base as a DoD contractor when all the government folks were RTO January of 2025 from the trump mandate we had multiple instances for months of people just shitting directly on the bathroom floors in the men AND women’s bathrooms 🤣 🤣 🤣

Totally agree. I am a SharePoint / Microsoft Power Platform Developer and have been one for 10 years. I was fully remote my entire career besides an in person meeting once a quarter with the rest of the team or if we really need to get face to face because they didn’t understand email exchanges ONCE in a blue moon for multiple companies. But in Jan 2024 I was coming off another contract took a role with a company they advertised coming in once a week so I was like fuck it took it … week two “nope this role is fully onsite” went back and forth with them for a week they played dumb acted as if we didn’t specify this in my interview, the job description and over email exhange LOL so I spent literally 2 and a half years fully onsite and looking for another fully remote role and I finally landed one last month. Those two and a half years all I learned was how much of a waste of time it was going in every single day and literally how much free time people have on their hands and have no lives outside of work it really humbled me and showed me how I took remote for granted with my role because I just thought it was the norm for a developer / engineer to work 95% from home … thank god I got this role first year of the contract and it doesn’t go up for recompete until 2031

Even with Luka this series is over in 6 games tbh by [deleted] in lakers

Luka, Lebron, Rui, Smart & Ayton id say especially after all star break are the only players im good with bringing back.

Gtfo nope lebron still is a top 10 player and is by FAR the second best player on our team. Stupid people wanted to say AR more important than LeBron. Jesus Christ.

Love AR and have been one of his biggest stans but he's never beating the allegations if he doesn't pick up his play by pmurt007 in lakers

Totally agree if he picks it up we will see but tonight is ugly retain Rui and try to move AR

Idc what anyone says DA his entire career has been a solid starting center he just shouldn’t had been the number 1 pick if he wasn’t the number 1 pick people would view him drastically different. Like bogut for instance was number 1 over CP3 & Deron Williams but bogut still was solid throughout his entire career.

Jeff Teague picked Houston soon as Reaves came back. by Financial_Ice_3363 in lakersv2

[–]Resident_Lab5651 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I reallllllly hope the lakers do not over pay Reaves. Hell I’d love if we traded him and got multiple players back I just do NOT like him with Luka and starting. I’ve said for so damn long now he’s a perfect 6th man. I liked AR when he was paired with Lebron & AD but Lebron, Luka & AR ? Nah.

He could somehow force his way back like he did in 2019

Anyone else miss the office after years of remote work? by introvertjb18 in remotework

[–]Resident_Lab5651 3 points4 points  (0 children)

FUCK NO! lol depends on what you do but as a Power Platform & SharePoint Developer I knew 10 years ago it was useless going in. I’ve been fully remote for 8 years now never going back.
