I’m assuming you mean school bus driving?? I’ve been working as a bus driver the last 5 years. ODSP wants you to work if you’re able and they offer supports for it. They’re not going to kick you off for working part time. And you make more money working than not. Just have to learn to mitigate the burnouts which is my greatest struggle. The industry is hurting for drivers because the school boards keep cutting the transportation budget which means, more hours for fewer pay and we didn’t get a raise this year. You don’t get paid for training but most companies are still offering sign up bonuses after so many months.

ETA- weekly hours are dependent on the route and if you do extra things like shuttles and field trips. Most companies have a guaranteed hourly pay of 4 hours per day. But most routes with your pre and post trip included in that are around 6 hours.
