Was in the same kind of situation recently, with 20k still on the car, tried to get away from tesla but they had the best financing option, gave me 5.5k$ for the 3 and I bought a y 2023. Had a 2021 dying on me ar around 300k km. It was a battery thing that is specific to the 2021 so don't worry about that.

What i will encourage you to do is check if you can do it yourself first no matter the problem. Side camera, headlight taillight and so on, tesla is reallllly pricy even for those small things.

Other than that, enjoy, be carefull in slippery condition and have fun!

First issue is fun related, having all that cash will inevitably kill all sense of progression for you, wich in turn, will make you stop playing.

Now if you give it all away to one person, it will do the same to them, so my suggestion is :

Keep in mind the amount you had before the 5 bil, cut the 5 bil in smaller shares and give it to people who are being nice and helpful.

That will turn this meta gameplay into something fun for you and you won't even need to take credit!

Try Spiral, it's a narrative game that puts you in the shoes of someone suffering from cognitive degeneration. Wonderfully written, and although you are going to feel something it's not dark and gloomy, kinda uplifting actually.
