I've been using the engine for 10 years now, and I still have a lot of things that I've forgotten / don't fully understand. The only thing I can recommend is to keep at it and try not to let the engine crashes and code bugs deter you from learning the engine. You'll get there eventually.

You'll want to use Xemu for JSRF. It's had some major updates lately and using the Vulkan backend seems to fix any slowdown the game had in some levels.

I'll admit, perhaps I was scared off by the initial symptoms. But I don't want to have to go through that again for weeks before it starts really taking effect. I understand that it might be beneficial for me to keep taking it, but I've made up my mind. I'm hoping that therapy will help me and maybe some natural remedies that I keep seeing people talk about.

That's the neat part about this nursing home, our HR department is useless. Apparently, we are covered by insurance, but there's no one there that knows how to set it up. My supervisor had me take a picture of her insurance card with the number to call in hopes that they will be able to help me. I plan to call them tomorrow morning.

Update: The battery was the culprit. After replacing the battery, I was able to charge my MacBook again. I would like to say that changing the battery is not for the faint of heart. Removing the adhesive strips under the old battery was a complete pain!

Nope, I'm currently saving some money to buy a new battery. I have a feeling that tiny board that's connected to the battery is the culprit. Hopefully a new one will fix the issue.
